A great module looking at how we make decisions, where the catch areas are, and common mistakes. Watch out, procrastinators! this is a great lesson to understand how this can be a positive.

Module 9: Reflection & Growth

Power of reflection in a much greater way. Breaking this area down in so many ways for such greater development. We all strive for growth, but what does this look like?

Module 10: Anxiety, Worries & Obstacles

Such a massive area hence breaking this down into small sizeable manageable chunks to learn. Learning to manage your thoughts and emotions is key, rather than pushing them to the side.
